Obituary
Retha Harris, age 67. died Saturday. March 28, 2009 at the Medical Center of Macon.
Funeral services were held at 11 :00 a.m. on Saturday. April 4, 2009 in the chapel of Rollins Funeral Home with Elder Clemmie Franklin officiating. Interment followed in Dempsey Cemetery.
Mrs. Harris attended the Blind Academy in Macon and was called at the Faithful C.O.G.I.C. She loved to sing gospel songs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie L. Harris of Los Angeles. California; her mother; three sisters and four brothers.
Survivors include two sisters; three brothers; a sister-in-law; and a brother-in-law.
Serving as pallbearers were friends of the family.
? provided sacred music for the funeral service. Rollins Funeral Home of Eastman was in charge of arrangements.
