Obituary
Manuel O. Peacock, 67, of Eatman, died Sunday, December 9, in the Dodge County Hospital, after an apparent heart attack. Peacock was born in Dodge county and lived here all of his life. He was a member of Central Baptist Church and a retired farmer. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. mable Miller Peacock, of Eastman; one daughter, Mrs. Tom Champion, of Warner Robins; four sons, S. L. Peacock, of palatka, Florida; Richard peacock and Wendell Peacock, of macon, and Gerald Peacock, of Eastman; two sisters, Mrs. L. C. Allen, of Plainfield, and Christine Peacock, of Eastman; three brothers, Walter Peacock, of Plainfield, and Oscar Peacock and Ira Peacock, of Eastman; and eleven grandchildren. Funeral services were held December 11, in the chapel of Stokes-southerland Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Hindley officiating. Burial was in Robbin Cemetery.
