Lydia Harrison Totty, age 83, of Wamer Robins, formerly of Eastman, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 at her residence. Funeral services were held at 3:00 p. m. on Sunday, November 15, 2009 in Southerland Funeral Chapel with Dr. Jerry Peele officiating. Interment will follow in Orphans Cemetery. Mrs. Totty was born in Long Creek, South Carolina and was a retired electronic technician and satellite, driver with NASA and NOAA in Fairbanks. Alaska. She was a member of Eastman First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lila Maedell Medlin Harrison and Alex Corbin Harrison, Sr.; a son, Joe Bradford Walters, Jr.; husbands, Joe Bradford Walters, Sr., Harry Lee Graves and Glenn Totty; and siblings, Ovialene Newton, Henry Harrison and Norman Harrison. Survivors include a son; grandson; granddaughter; foster daughter; foster grandchildren; three sisters; six brothers. Serving as pallbearers were ... ? was pianist for the funeral service. Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman was in charge of arrangements.
