Obituary
John W. (Junior) Pittman, age 87, of Eastman, died Friday, October 2, 2009 in Westview Nursing and Rehab Center, Port Wentworth.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2009 from the graveside in Bowers Cemetery with Reginald Culpepper officiating.
Mr. Pittman was a native of Dodge County and a retired logger. He was preceded-in death by wives, Ora. Kitchens Pittman and Dorothy Helms Pittman; and a son, R. J. Pittman.
Survivors include a son; sister; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren also survive.
