Obituary
Lester “Les†Black, age 66, of Dublin, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2019.
Mr. Black was born in Dodge County and was the son of the late Robert Rastee Black and Laura Register. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and retired from the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Les was a very outgoing, respectful, caring man who loved his Country. He was a devoted husband and friend to many.
He is survived by his wife.
Services will be held at 3:00PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Christopher Webb will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until funeral hour.
