DR. DALE JENNINGS CLEMENTS, age 65, of Eastman, GA, died Monday, March 11, 2019 at her residence.
A celebration of life gathering will be held from 1:00PM-4:00PM Saturday, March 16 at the Clements residence for those who would like to pay tribute to the memory and life of Dale.
Dale was born in Fulton County, GA, a 1971 graduate of The Westminster School in Atlanta, a 1984 graduate of the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Optometry with honors, and has been an optometrist for over 35 years. She was a former optometrist for Dr. James Samet Optometry in Mableton, GA and an optometrist in Warner Robins for Visionworks for over 5 years. She was an avid horse enthusiast and showed horses for over 30 years, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was daughter of the late Elizabeth Blount Jennings and James M. Jennings and was preceded in death by a Brother, James M. Jennings, Jr.
Survivors: Husband; Daughter; Grandson; Numerous Extended Family and Friends.
