MR. THOMAS ROBERT “TOMMY” DANIEL, age 58, of Eastman, GA, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at his home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Tommy was born in Sylvania, GA, and later moved to Eastman, GA. He was a graduate of Dodge County High School in 1981 and worked at Hall’s Superette while in school. He graduated from Middle Georgia College and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Georgia Southern University. Tommy was a purchasing agent and inventory manager for the Daniel family business. Tommy’s life and character was marked by kindness. He selflessly and lovingly served his parents as their longtime caregiver. He was a member of Eastman First Baptist Church where he served as an usher and was a member of the Locasha Sunday School Class. He enjoyed helping with Meals on Wheels, golfing with his friends, and spending time with his nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Nell Hearn Daniel. He is survived by 4 siblings; nieces and nephews; Uncle; several cousins and extended family members. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to The Dodge Baptist Association for the Meals On Wheels program, P.O. Box 476, Eastman, GA 31023.
