Obituary
Cochran – Bobby Ray Bowman, age 86, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, in Bryant Nursing and Rehab Center in Cochran. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Bobby, born in Dodge County, had lived most of his life in Cochran. He was the son of the late Samuel H. and Kathleen Jones Bowman. He was a retired parts manager for Buddy NeSmith Ford Motor Company and Little Ford. Mr. Bobby loved to fish and was a member of Roddy Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife; his children; his grandchildren; his great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family is at and will greet friends after the service Saturday at Mathis Funeral Home.
