Obituary
MRS. BENNIE SUE GRISWOLD POPE, age 87, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at her residence.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Enterprise, Alabama.
Mrs. Pope was a native of New Brockton, AL, a member of Calvary Baptist Church, and a former waitress at various places during her working career including the San Francisco Airport. She was a dedicated wife, a loving mother and grandmother, and enjoyed reading and road trips with her family. She was daughter of the late Easter Stevens Griswold and Rev. Bennie Griswold and widow of Lemuel Pope.
Survivors: 2 Daughters; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Sisters; Several Nieces and Nephews.
