Obituary for Luke Tompkins ROLAND LUKE TOMPKINS, age 18, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, June 22, 2022. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Richie Howard officiating. Luke was born in Dublin, GA, of the Baptist Faith, and a 2022 honor graduate of Dodge County High School. He was accepted and planned to attend Fort Valley State University to pursue a degree in electrical engineering. He worked as an intern for Powercon, LLC for the past year, thus inspiring him to become an electrical engineer. He loved playing guitar, listening to music, collecting knives, gaming, and spending time with friends and family. Luke was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Henry Graham. He is survived by his Mother; Father; Maternal Grandparents; Paternal Grandparents; Girlfriend; Aunts and Uncles; Great-Aunts and Great-Uncles; Numerous Cousins, Extended Family and Friends. The family may be contacted at the residence and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 2:00PM-3:00PM, Saturday, June 25, before services.
