MR. ROBERT GERALD MOORE, age 78, of Eastman, GA, died Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home in Eastman. Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday September 4 at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Daniel Cook officiating. Gerald was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a member of Cottondale Baptist Church, and worked for Burns Security as a security guard at Gilman Paper Company for over ten years. He previously worked at Reeves Brothers, Inc. and Eastman Cotton Mill as a textile mechanic for over 21 years, and at Goody’s Products as a supply man for five years. He enjoyed gardening, tending to his yard and property, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a simple man with a simple plan for life and he was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his 2 Daughters; Granddaughter; 4 Sisters; Sisters-in-law; Several Nieces and Nephews.
