-FITZGERALD - Mrs. Lois B. Bowen, age 81, of Fitzgerald, GA, died Sunday, September 1, 2002. Funeral services: 11A.M., Monday, September 2 from the graveside in Hopewell Cemetery, Rhine, GA. -Mrs. Bowen was born in Crisp County, GA and had lived in Fitzgerald for the past 50 years. She was a faithful member of Arbor Baptist Church, having served actively for many years as a Pre-School and Nursery Sunday School Teacher. A member and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, she was a retired Seamstress and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was the daughter of the late Baton Braswell and Nellie Lemon Braswell and was preceded in death by a sister, Geneva B. Powell and her everloving husband, J.C. Bowen -Survivors-son; three daughters; two sisters; six grandchildren. -The family will receive friends at Hopewell Baptist Church in Rhine, GA, one-half hour before services on Monday. -In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Blue-Gray Community Hospice, P.O.
