Obituary
Linda Louise Purvis, 75, of McRae died on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, in Macon.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Purvis; daughter, Janet Schwarta; and her parents, Hance and Ellen Pope Poole.
She was a graduate of Telfair County High School and retired as a store manager with Stuckey's and Continental Self Storage.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, at Zion Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Helena.
The Rev. Billy Baker will officiate.
Survivors include daughters; sisters; brother; grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
