MRS. FANNIE ERNESTINE SHEFFIELD SCOTT, age 87, of Eastman, GA, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, August 18, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Gerald Conley and Rev. Shirley Thomas officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Scott was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a member of Lakeside Assembly, a 1948 graduate of Chester High School, a retired CNA for over 26 years at Heart of Georgia Nursing Home, and a former caregiver for over 50 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed caregiving, fishing, working in her yards, and trips to the beach. She was the daughter of the late Fannie Estelle Wright Sheffield and Ernest Theo Sheffield, and was preceded in death by a Son, Bobby Landmesser, Jr. and 2 Brothers, Gene Sheffield, Sr. and Elton Sheffield. Survivors: 3 Daughters; Son; 12 Grandchildren; 26 Great-Grandchildren; Brother; 2 Sisters-in-Law; Neces and Nephews; Best Friend Forever; Mama's Baby (Puppy) – Christmas.
