MRS. MARITA EYVONNE HENDRIX VARGAS, age 51, of Arlington, GA, formerly of Eastman, GA, died Sunday, February 6, 2022, at her residence.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Eyvonne was born and raised in Eastman, attended Dodge County High School, and was a former secretary for the Waycross Police Department for several years. She also worked as a freelance Spanish translator for several doctors’ offices for many years and as a caretaker for her grandson who suffered from autism. Eyvonne enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family and friends. She was the daughter of the late Martha Sue Ussery Hendrix and Julius Hendrix, Sr. and was preceded in death by her Sister, Melinda Hendrix Warren, and Brother, Julius Hendrix, Jr.
She is survived by her 3 Children; 5 Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews; Numerous Cousins and Friends.
