MR. STANLEY J. DENNIS, age 77, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at the Dodge County Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, September 2, at New Union Baptist Church Cemetery, with Mr. Dennis Giddens officiating. Stanley was born in Dodge County, attended Bethlehem Baptist Church, was a 1962 graduate of Dodge County High School, and worked at Buck’s Grill while he was in high school. He later graduated from the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy and after graduating from college, he worked for several years as a pharmacist before deciding to move back to Eastman and worked for many years as a chef at Buck’s Grill. Stanley was a hardworking man who was good hearted and enjoyed helping others. He was preceded in death by his Biological Parents, Thelma Dennis Jones and Ralph Jones, and his Adopted Parents, Emma Cornelia Taylor Dennis and Columbus Elbert “Bud” Dennis and Several Aunts and Uncles. He is survived by his Brother; Niece; Nephew; Several Cousins and Friends.
