MRS. SHEILA KAY THOMAS WOODARD, age 53, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at the Coliseum Medical Center in Macon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, August 30, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Bishop Matthew Floyd and Pastor Ralph Horne officiating, with interment in Giddens-Harrell Cemetery. Sheila was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, of the Christian Faith, and a homemaker. She loved her grandbabies, who affectionately called her granny, and she loved celebrating together with her family on many special and happy occasions, and she enjoyed watching her soap operas and listening to the word preached by many different T.V. Evangelist. She was daughter of the late Ann Lee Sapp and LeRoy Sapp and was preceded in death by a Sister, Phyllis Thomas Evans. Survivors: Husband; 2 Daughters; 4 Grandchildren; Several Sisters-in-Law and Brothers-in-Law; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. The family may be contacted at the Woodard residence and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 10:00AM-11:00AM Friday, August 30.
