MRS. SHEILA LYNN SPIRES MATHIS, age 52, of McRae, GA, died Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, GA. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, January 20, at McRae State Park, McRae, GA, with Rev. Chuck Yzenski officiating. Sheila was born in Eastman, of the Baptist Faith, attended Dodge County High School, and was a homemaker. She loved her family and spent countless hours with her grandchildren. They were her life. She also enjoyed crafts and enjoyed making things for others. She was a dedicated wife and a loving mother and grandmother. Sheila was preceded in death by her Mother, Flossie Rebecca May Spires. She is survived by her Husband; 5 Daughters; 12 Grandchildren; Father; 2 Sisters; Aunts; 5 Nieces; Several Great-Niece, Great-Nephews, and Numerous Cousins and Friends.
