Mr. Collins was born on October 28, 1961 in South Bend, Indiana. Timmy worked in the construction industry. He is preceded in death by his father, Oliver Collins. Mr. Collins passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Shamrock Nursing Home. Mr. Collins is survived by his mother, his children, and 11 grandchildren.
