MRS. MELINDA FAIRCLOTH NIBLETT, age 76, of Cochran, GA, died Thursday, June 6, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, June 9, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Elder Willie Hatfield and Rev. John Faircloth officiating, with interment in Giddens-Harrell Cemetery. Mrs. Niblett was born in Vidalia, a member of Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church, a 1960 graduate of Dodge County High School, a former civil service employee of Robins AFB for several years, and a homemaker. She loved sewing, decorating, traveling, tending to her flowers, and spending time with her husband and family. She was daughter of the late Nina Giddens Faircloth and Larry Faircloth and was preceded in death by 2 Sisters, Barbara Stanton and Reba Giddens. Survivors: Husband of 49 years; Sister; Brother; Nieces and Nephews; Numerous Cousins and Friends.
