Obituary
Cochran – Josef H. King, age 21, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in Bleckley Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Mathis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bowers Cemetery.
Josef, born in Macon, was a lifelong resident of Cochran. He was the grandson of the late John and Pearl King and Lorene Whaley and Roy Wilburn, Sr. Josef was a 2020 graduate of Bleckley County High School and loved trains.
Survivors are his parents; his brothers; godparents; several aunts and uncles.
The family will greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Friday at Mathis Funeral Home.
