MRS. JUDY ELAINE MASON OXLEY, age 65, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at the Dodge County Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, August 7, at Bowers Cemetery, with Rev. Eddie Hess officiating. Judy was born in Unadilla, GA and of the Baptist Faith. She worked at C & J Manufacturing for over 20 years as a seamstress and later worked at Hanes, Inc for several years before working at Fairview Park Hospital for over 10 years, where she retired in 2020. She enjoyed fishing, camping, trips to Lake Sinclair, eating boiled peanuts and peanut butter M&M’s, collecting M&M collectibles, riding her ATV with her husband, traveling to Pensacola to visit her sister, and most of all, spending time with her family. Judy was the daughter of the late Georgia Sis Layfield Mason and Virgil Mason. She is survived by her Husband; 2 Daughters; 3 Grandchildren; Great-Granddaughter; Sister; 2 Brothers; Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law; Several Nieces and Nephews. The family may be contacted at the Oxley residence and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 11:00AM-1:45PM Saturday, August 7.
