Obituary

MR. JIMMY RAY BROWN, age 66, of Eastman, GA, died Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at his residence. Graveside memorial services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday, April 30, at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Ron Jones officiating. Jimmy Ray was born and raised in Eastman, of the Baptist Faith, attended Dodge County High School, and worked as a carpenter for over 40 years. He worked in construction and helped build the prison in Chester before later moving to Panama City, FL, where he lived for many years. Jimmy Ray was preceded in death by his Mother, Polly Dukes Brown. He is survived by his Father and Step-Mother; Son; 2 Granddaughters; Sister; Niece and Nephew; Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews; Aunts and Uncles; Numerous Cousins.
