MRS. JUNE REYNOLDS SHEFFIELD, age 75, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Hazel Colson Hospice House in Perry, GA. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 7, at Bay Springs Cemetery in Rhine, GA, with Mr. Bobby Ryals officiating. June was born in Rhine, GA, a member of Rhine Baptist Church, and a 1965 graduate of Dodge County High School. She worked as a lab technician for Stuckey’s Candy Company and later worked as an agent for the Federal Land Bank. She then went to work as a secretary for Smith and Harrington Law Firm where she retired after many years. June loved cooking, reading, and flowers. She enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, and most especially, spending time with her grandson, who was the light of her life. She was the daughter of the late Lola Elizabeth Jones Reynolds and Miles Albert Reynolds and was preceded in death by her Husband of 34 years, Joseph “Joe” Sheffield, 2 Sisters, Hazel R. Harrell and Ruth Knight, and 2 Brothers, Miles “Bill” Reynolds and Ricky Reynolds. She is survived by her Son; Grandson; 2 Sisters; 2 Brothers; Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. The family may be contacted at the residence.
