Obituary
Emma Lou Parkerson -1946 - 2010 -PLAINFIELD - Ms. Emma Lou Parkerson, age 63, of Plainfield, died Monday, March 22, 2010, in University of Alabama, Birmingham Hospital. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11A.M., Thursday, March 25, in Plainfield Baptist Church, with interment in Plainfield Cemetery.
-Ms. Parkerson was a member of Plainfield Baptist Church and a former Administrative Clerk for the Dodge County Sheriff's Office. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline McCranie Burch and William E Burch, husbands, John Fielding Fordham and Ted Parkerson, a daughter, Deedra F Jones and brothers, Charles Burch and John B Burch.
-Survivors: daughter; son; stepdaughter; brothers; nine grandchildren.
-The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday in Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home. -Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman has charge of arrangements.
