MR. EMORY LANE AMERSON, age 73, of Houston, TX, formerly of Chester, GA, died Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, March 24, at Pine Level Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. Craig Minor officiating. Emory was born in Chester, GA, of the Baptist Faith, a 1963 graduate of Dodge County High School, attended Middle Georgia College, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University. He was a former sales representative for Miracle Made Cookware for over 10 years and a retired sales representative for E.R. Moore Company of Houston, TX for over 35 years. He was son of the late Lucile Long Amerson and William “Bill” Amerson. Survivors: Wife; Daughter; 2 Brothers; 2 Nieces; 2 Nephews; Several Great-Nieces, Great-Nephews, and Numerous Cousins.
