MR. CHARLES LEE "CHARLIE" BROWN, age 66, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Thursday, September 5, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Dr. Donnie Sutton and Pastor Troy Dykes officiating, with interment in Gresston Holiness Cemetery. Mr. Brown was born in Langdale, AL, was a member of Gresston Baptist Church and was a retired owner & operator of CLB Trucking Company. He was an avid cattleman & horseman, son of the late Annie Pearl Hubbard Brown & Charlie C. Brown, Jr., and was preceded in death by his brother Phillip Brown. The family may be contacted at the Brown residence, 526 Wilson-Woodard Rd., Eastman, and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00PM-8:00PM Wednesday, September 4.
