Obituary
Henry Jack (Hap) Mccranie, age 72, of Waynesboro, Mississippi, formerly of Dodge County. died Monday, May I1, 2009. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2009 from the graveside in Mt. Ararat Cemetery, in Eastman with full Masonic rites. The speaker at the graveside service was Jim Brown of Gray.
Mr. McCranie. a native of Dodge County, was a member of Riverside Baptist Church of Waynesboro. and owner and operator of Waynesboro Seafood and Grocery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewell Brown McCranie and Johnnie McCranie.
Survivors include one son; four daughters: sister; two brothers; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman was in charge of arrangements.
