Sam Ivey, age 33, of Eastman, died Friday, July 4, 2008 in Dodge County Hospital in Eastman. Funeral Services are scheduled for 4:30 P.M. Sunday, July 6, 2008, in Rhine Baptist Church, with interment in Bowen Cemetery. Sam was born in Dodge County, attended Rhine Baptist Church, and was owner/operator of Ivey Trucking. Survivors: wife; son; mother; sister; stepmother; stepsister; stepbrother; parents-in-law; several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends in Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday, July 5, 2008. Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman is serving the Ivey family.
