Obituary
Rev. Ovid E. Hooks 1927 - 2011 -EASTMAN - Rev. Ovid E. Hooks, age 83, of Eastman, died Monday, January 24, 2011.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 11A.M. Wednesday, January 26, in Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Interment in Orphans Cemetery.
Mr. Hooks, a native of Dodge County, was a Veteran of the U S Army, a Minister of The Gospel, a member of Gresston Congregational Holiness Church and son of the late Lulie Rogers Hooks and Jesse E. Hooks.
Survivors: Wife; Son; three Grandaughters; three Sisters; several Nieces and Nephews.
The Family will receive Friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday.
