Bill Hodge, 85, passed away Aug. 18, 2014 at Crisp Regional Hospital. Bill was born to the late Alice Floyd Hodge and the late Ollie Hodge on May 3, 1929 in Dodge County, Ga. He was a graduate of Pitts High School Class of 1947. A proud veteran of the USAF, he served during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He retired from the military after 22 years of service. Bill also retired from RCA and owned and operated Cordele Cleaners for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years; his brothers; his niece; and his great-nephew. His memory will be treasured by his sisters; and; sister-in-law; eight nieces and nephews, nine great-nieces and great-nephews; and one great-great-nephew. A memorial service and interment will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014 at the Pitts Cemetery, Pitts, Ga. Rev. Rob Craven will officiate. As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests memorials in Bills name be made to Reflections Hospice, 202 East Fourth Avenue, Cordele, GA 31015. Special thanks is given to Rev.
