Obituary
MR. CHARLES D. PARKERSON, SR., Age 84, of Eastman, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in Serenity Place, Dublin.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, January 6, in First Baptist Church, with Dr. Jerry Peele officiating, with Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Parkerson, a native Dodge Countian, was a Member & Deacon of First Baptist Church, a retired Civil Service Employee of Warner Robins AFB, a World War II Veteran of the U S Army and Son of the late Bertie Mae Giddens Parkerson & Charlie M. Parkerson. He was preceded in Death by Wife- Alga Rogers Parkerson in 1983.
Survivors: Wife; 1 Daughter; 1 Son; 4 Grandchildren; 1 Sister; 1 Brother; StepDaughter; 2 Stepsons; Several Nieces & Nephews also survive.
