Obituary
Yonker, GA- Cody Floyd, age 29, died Sunday, January 22, 2017, in the Bleckley Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 27, 2016, at 2:00 P.M. at Empire Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will be in Lister Cemetery in Yonker.
Cody, a lifelong resident of Yonker, was the son of the late Ronald B. "Ronnie" Floyd. He was an employee at Pruitt Air Conditioning in Eastman, a 2007 graduate of Dodge County High School and a graduate of Oconee Fall Line Technical College. He loved fishing, hunting, driving tractors and bulldozers. Cody loved his family and loved to laugh.
Survivors are his wife; his son; his mother; his sister; his brother; his grandmother; niece and nephews.
The family is at and will greet friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Thursday at Mathis Funeral Home. www.mathisfh.net.
