Mr. James "Red" Roland, age 77, died Saturday, October 31, 2020, at Houston Medical Center. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Aubrey Corbitt officiating. Mr. Roland was born February 15, 1943, in Eastman, Georgia to the late Lena Teresi and James M. Roland. He was a graduate of Dodge County High School and attended many colleges including Middle Georgia College and Georgia Southern University. He was loved by many at the Eastman-Dodge County Recreation Department, where he retired several years ago. Red was involved and loved Dodge County school sports. Mr. Roland is survived by many cousins and numerous friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Teresa Roland.
