Paula McGuoirk, 73, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Perry Hospital. Paula was born on December 16, 1944 in Brunswick, Georgia but lived in Centerville since 1949. She attended Centerville Elementary School and was a graduate of Perry High School in 1962. Paula worked in the Air Force Reserve Command for 25 years and retired after 30 years of civil service. She was a member of Hattie Baptist and First Baptist Church of Centerville for most of her life. Her mother, Ruby Bryan; sister, Debbie Brinson; grandson, Jacob Sheriff, and stepfather, Eddie Bryan preceded her in death. Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving husband; son; daughters; stepdaughters; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and many devoted and loving friends. Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Centerville. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Centerville with Dr. Phil West officiating. After the service, Paula will be laid to rest in First Baptist Church of Centerville Cemetery. The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Paula B.
