MR. BOBBY MERLE BRADY, age 80, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, September 18, at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Myron Parkerson officiating. Bobby was a lifelong resident of Dodge County, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a retired farmer. He was a member of Cottondale Baptist Church, but had been attending Eastside Baptist Church in his later years. He was a former employee at Eastman Cotton Mill, Armstrong, Inc., and Dodge County Road Department. Bobby was the son of the late Eva Haskins Brady and Clarence T. Brady and was preceded in death by 2 Children, Karen Brady and Keith Brady, 2 Sisters, Nadine B. Countryman and Eudine Paul, and 2 Brothers, Billy Brady and Cletus Brady. He is survived by his Wife of 58 years; Son; 4 Grandchildren; 2 Great-Grandchildren; Brother; Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. The family may be contacted at the Brady residence. Bobby will lie-in-state from 10:00AM-4:00PM Thursday, September 17.
