Watson Sapp, age 79, of Dublin, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020. Mr. Sapp was born June 14, 1941, in Bleckley County, to the late Walker V. and Desma Watson Sapp. He was a member of Cary Baptist Church and worked as a Maintenance Director for Foster Development. He also enjoyed his roadside market where many people visited and supported him over the years. Watson was loved by many and was a devoted and loving husband, father, step-father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Nicky Sapp; brother, Walker Sapp; and sisters, Gladys Howell and Ruby Yearty. Survivors include his wife; daughter; son; step-son; step-daughter; brother; 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Orphans Cemetery in Eastman, GA. Vaughn Lassiter will officiate. Pallbearers will be ...
