MRS. JUDY KAREN BOWEN TOMERLIN, age 66, of Eastman, GA, died Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the Coliseum Medical Center in Macon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, March 6, at Southerland Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Chad Henley and Rev. Daniel Cook officiating, with interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Judy was born in Rhine, a 1971 graduate of Dodge County High School, a member of Cottondale Baptist Church, and was a retired personnel employee for over 10 years at the Eastman YDC. She enjoyed church activities, reading, cooking, helping in the kitchen at church, spending time with her grandchildren and trips with her family and friends. She was daughter of the late Pansy Cobia Bowen and Hoke Bowen and was preceded in death by a Sister, Shirley B. Mullis. Survivors: Daughter; Son; 2 Step-Daughters; 2 Grandchildren; Sister; Brother; Several Nieces and Nephews. The family may be contacted at the Tomerlin residence and will receive friends in Southerland Funeral Chapel from 6:00PM-8:00PM Thursday, March 5.
