Obituary
Dolly Mae (Coody) AIligood, age 85, of Eastman, died Wednesday. July 8. 2009 in Hean1 of Georgia Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009 from the graveside in Antioch II Cemetery in Milan with Rev. Maurice Alligood and Rev. Jimmy McCranie officiating.
Mrs. Alligood was born in Telfair County and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents. Eva Mae Walker Coody and Reppard D. Coody; her husband, Grover H. Alligood, Sr.; and a son. Grover (Butch) Alligood, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter; daughter-in-law; ten grandchildren; four sisters; one brother.
Grandsons of Mrs. Alligood served as pallbearers.
