Obituary
William David Allen, age 58. of Eastman, died Thursday. February 26. 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2009 in Southerland Funeral Chapel with Rev. Billy Cox officiating. Interment followed in Middle Ground Cemetery in Eastman.
Mr. Allen was born in Dodge County. attended Babbs Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church in Hawkinsville, was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, and was an employee of the Dodge County Road Department. He was preceded in death by his parents. Sarah McCullars Allen and Harry Allen.
Survivors include his fiance; one daughter; four grandchildren; four sisters; and two brothers.
Serving as pallbearers were ... ? was the musician for the funeral service.
Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman was in charge of arrangements.
