Obituary
Mrs. Lura J. (Bowen) Hall, age 90, of Eastman, died Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
-Funeral services are scheduled for 2P.M. Saturday, March 8 in New Daniels Baptist Church, with Rev. Charles Robinson and Rev. Roy Locke officiating, with interment in Bowen Cemetery.
-Mrs. Hall was born in Dodge County, daughter of the late J.M. Bowen and Sophia Pace Bowen. She was a retired school teacher, member of New Daniels Baptist Church, member of Eastman Pilot Club and widow of Paul M. Hall. She was preceded in death by a brother, Rev. Graham Bowen and two sisters, Mary Ann Horne and Christine Lott.
-Survivors: sister; three nieces and two nephews; several great nieces and nephews also survive.
-The family will receive friends in Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, March 7. -Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home of Eastman has charge of arrangements.
