Below are the phasing of the accomplish of this website and associated work.  Each phase may or may not be accomplished in order.

1.  Start:  Static pages for cemeteries and family genealogical pages

Phase II:  Determine Cemeteries of Dodge County and their locations
1.  Identify which cemeteries are in Dodge County and which are outside the County.

2.  Identify location of each cemetery by GPS position

3.  Develop Name for each Cemetery.

4.  Identify Cemeteries that Appear to be abandoned

 1.  Identify which cemeteries are in Dodge County and which are outside the County.

Phase III:  Create search page to locate people in Dodge County
1.  Simple search from first and last name - Done

Phase IV:  Create a method of displaying a web page of each each Cemetery

Phase V:  Create Genealogy pages for Settlers of Dodge County
1. set rules for inclusion

    a.  Census record for any year in Dodge County
    b.  Even though person could have been in Dodge up to 9 years before,
         always use the actual census date
    c.  Married in Dodge County and lived in Dodge before or after
         marriage
    d.  When more than one child lived in Dodge and parents are not,
         list parents as Dodge Ancestors
    e.  Label Special field with year top person in genealogy entered
         County
    f.  List non-Dodge husband and wife accordingly (indication not to
         research further)
    g.  If no child listed as being in Dodge, then list as non-Dodge Children
    h.  If person is buried in Dodge County, but had not lived in Dodge
        County, show Dodge=burial
    i.  People so identified will not have top of line indications as they are
         not in Dodge other than for burial

2.  set rules for maintenance

    a.  Each Quarter, remove duplicate birth, death and marriage  dates
    b. Each Quarter, make sure that burial places end in USA or other
        nation
    c.  Each year (Dec), lookup and load ne obits for the year
    d.  At some point delete duplicate census data (Need to update to latest
         ones due to Ancestry added more data from census)

3.  Start with early settlers, moving to more recent settlers

Phase III:  Obtain death certificates from County

2.  Obtain access (without pay) to these records to determine those dying in Dodge County, their burial place and parents.

     h.  Provide "In Memory of" markers names for known unmarked graves and "In memory of" "unknown Soul" for unknown
